Venue & Accommodation

The congress will take place at the Elephant Hills Resort Hotel with 276 bedrooms, situated 3 kilometres from Victoria Falls town. This hotel caters for conferences with 4 restaurants and 3 bars, tennis and squash courts and a golf course.

Accommodation has been reserved at this hotel with additional rooms reserved at its partner hotel, the Kingdom Hotel with 294 bedrooms.

Other accommodation in the city, outside of the conference package, include the Ilala Lodge Hotel (34 rooms) and the majestic Victoria Falls hotel (180 rooms) with all its historical features and sundowners on the terrace with a view of the gorge and Victoria Falls bridge. In addition, there are other enticing places to stay, such as the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge (72 rooms), built on a plateau with wonderful views and a game drinking hole with animals coming to it all day and under flood lights all night. It also features a lunchtime feeding of vultures. This Lodge has won the Green Globe award for its environmental credentials as well as architectural prizes for its stunning wood-&-thatch buildings. It has a split-level restaurant within and a large, interactive Boma restaurant, a short walk away, which seats 250 people and serves a variety of meat dishes and traditional delicacies as well as vegetarian meals.

All accommodation bookings will be on a first come first serve, but enough rooms were procured at the Elephants and Kingdom Hotel. We encourage all participants to book via the registration portal.

Accommodation at the Elephant Hills Hotel and the Kingdom, includes “Full Board” (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).

Elephant Hills Hotel

All the accommodation within the Elephant Hills hotel has been comfortably decorated with the traveller’s need in mind. Rooms to the east of the hotel look over the golf course and the Zambezi River in the distance while rooms on the western side of the hotel have sweeping views of the Zambezi River.
